So do you think you drink enough water?

This is a conversation I think my clients get tired of hearing.

Truth is there are many benefits to staying hydrated and often times water ” sippers ” think they are drinking a lot because they are constantly sipping.

Well hate to tell you if your sips are equaling 2 bottles a day, your body is craving water. I will be doing a video on the benefits on our FB page.

Meanwhile here’s a chart to help you estimate your intake.

Weight
Oz. of water a day
100 lbs
67 oz.
120 lbs
80 oz.
150 lbs
100 oz.
180 lbs
121 oz.
200 lbs
134 oz.

If you are active regularly then you should increase the ounces per day.
